Mr. János VÉRTES is the Chairman of the Board of Adverticum and the largest shareholder of Adverticum. He is responsible for strategic decisions, and also heads the media (incl. contract publishing) business unit on an operative level. Prior to joining Adverticum, he worked for Videoton and Volán on middle management levels, and gathered outstanding operative and strategic experiences. Mr. Vértes is a certified mathematician, and he holds a degree in Theatre History. He has excellent professional experiences and relationships with the IT media and publishing sector. Since the 1980s, Mr. Vértes has held interests and was the founder of numerous IT and publishing companies. |

Ms. Hedvig SZABÓ is Chief Executive Officer and also one of the main shareholders, Member of the Board of Adverticum. She is responsible for the operative management. Following the company’s strategic decision towards IT services, she supervises and develops the communication and customer relationship management of Adverticum. Ms. Szabó has graduated as a teacher and prior to joining Adverticum she worked as a journalist. |

Ms. Ágnes HENGER is the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the board of Adverticum. She is also responsible for the offline media business unit. As founder and shareholder of Adverticum, she has taken part in the operative management since the Adverticum’s inception. Besides her previous occupations, Ms. Henger has graduated at the College of International Trade and after that became a qualified operator and financial accountant. |

Mr. Ferenc SZUTOR is the Sales and Marketing Director of Adverticum since 2005. Prior to his current position, he headed the customer relations department at the Company. Prior to joining Adverticum in 2001, Mr. Szutor gained extensive experiences in the IT sector at Argo Rt. and Netrix Kft. In 2006, Mr. Szutor managed the establishment of the new CRM system of the Company and in 2007, he was the project leader of the brand building of Adverticum AdServer NG. Mr. Szutor graduated at the Budapest Technical College and Budapest Communication College. |

Mr. Endre SOMOGYI holds both the Chief Technical Officer position and he is responsible for the foreign expansion of Adverticum. Prior to joining the company Mr. Somogyi worked for numerous IT companies, such as Argo Rt, Carnation Rt and WD Projects (Ltd). Mr. Somogyi has graduated with a bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business studies from the University of Hertfordshire in 2002 and graduated in 2008 with a Master's degree (M.B.A.) from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. |

Mr. Ádám DAJKA is the AdServer group leader and development manager of the AdServer NG project. Prior to joining Adverticum, Mr. Dajka worked for Axelero (predecessor of Origo) as web designer. Then he worked as programmer and IT consultant for numerous companies, e.g. Médiaweb Kft. (Hungarian online publishing company), Malév (Hungarian Airlines). With joining Adverticum as developer, he became responsible for the administration interface and banner services of AdServer. |
